Cancellation & Rescheduling
To provide the best scheduling options to my guests, I require 24-hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations after a 24-hour appointment window will be subject to a $25 per service fee.
Service Redo Policy
My goal is to make all my guests as happy as possible with their hair. If you are unsatisfied with your hair cut, or color, please let me know within five days from your date of service. I will be more than happy to fix any issue you have. There will be no monetary refund for any services performed.
Wig, Hair Replacement, & Extension
Wig are final sale but can be exchanged within five days of purchase from the same company. The wig must be in original packaging and not worn or altered. I have the right to refuse an exchange or return. Restocking fee of $25 for wigs or hair piece. Deposits for all extension, wigs, and hair replacement are non-refundable
If you are unsatisfied with your hair cut, or color, please let me know within five days from your date of service. Wig recut & color fee will apply.
Custom hairpieces, wigs, extension hair, accessories are final sales, no return or exchanges.
I take great care in customizing your wig, hairpiece, or hair extension. I will not be held responsible for wigs or hairpieces that I customize that were not purchased directly from me. I will take great precautions and do a test sample to make sure the hair can be colored or cut.
